I just feel so... I dunno happy today...Lord this is a rare feeling. I'm in a good mood, I'm smiling...I feel at peace, and centered. Today I am pretty sure that if I decided to have something, I could have it. Now if only it wasnt about a thousand degrees outside all would be right with the world. I recently wrote this poem and I think I'll share it...

Again in the place
where the blossoms grow
didnt i know
didnt i know
i'd miss this place
minus the snow
minus the difficulty
minus the work
w/o the drama
w/o the pain
w/o the man
i know now
it wasn't all in my mind
i took time
wrote & spoke aloud
in rhyme
too bad that not all the time
was mine
like now
i split

rip

tear it
make it
what it isnt

&

mock it for all it is
old
poor
still tired -

i remember the smell
of the blossoms
the chill of the wind
the heat of the sun
the pain in my legs
the joy in my soul
its all there
in my mind's eye
written across the sky
in

blue
