Aww
Today is Mother's Day. Such a beautiful day. I have a wonderful mother. She is the type of person that would give you the shirt off her back in the freezing cold and then refuse to let you buy her cold medicine.
She has always been willing to give up anything worth anything and everything worth nothing for my sake. Not that I am spoiled you understand, but I know that she loves me and would fight for me time and again. I am sure many of you feel the same way about your mothers.
The great lady that feed you clothed you and made the monsters go away, or healed you when you fell.
Then again...not everyone had the blessings of having a great mother, or even a good mother. Yet I know that there is someone that you hold dear. A person that nutured you and held you and made things...ok. Even if you only knew that woman for a moment, you've thought of her for a lifetime. So remember her today.
If anyone out there is like me they will never be a mother. No sad faces now... the point is to know you can care for anyone...if you heart is big enough. So even I take joy in today. Happy Mother's Day!
